Permits have been filed for two residential buildings at 3588 and 3592 Greystone Avenue, in The Bronx’s Fieldston neighborhood. The site is located on the top of a steep slope, with no large buildings prohibiting views of the Kingsbridge neighborhood and Van Cortlandt Park below. The 238th Street Station is eight blocks away, serviced by the 1 train. Key Construction will be responsible for development.
The last time YIMBY reported on plans for 75-83 Nassau Street was back in June of 2015, when we featured a fresh set of renderings for the 40-story tower, which is being designed by ODA New York. Building applications were filed a few months before that, in March of 2015, but the site’s old structural occupants remain extant. Now, as of last week, demolition permits have finally been issued, indicating developer Lexin Capital is about to begin work.
Today, YIMBY has the reveal for some new renderings of the Gramercy Square residential complex, in Gramercy Park, Manhattan. The Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity are responsible for the project, which is comprised of four condominium buildings: The Tower at 215 East 19th Street, The Prewar at 225 East 19th Street, The Modern at 230 East 20th Street, and The Boutique at 220 East 20th Street. The Modern will be a new seven-story building, while the others will repurpose older structures for condominium use, with concurrent façade alterations. All are connected by way of 20,000 square feet of gardens.
Lenox, a new residential building at 207 Van Vorst Street, is opening its door for tenants in Jersey City’s historic Paulus Hook. The neighborhood is near the Hudson River, and sits across from Manhattan’s Downtown skyline.
Permits have been filed for two four-story residential buildings at 328 and 330 Sackett Street, in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The site sits five blocks from the Carroll Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. The project is near plenty of commercial activity, with several bars and restaurants located within walking distance, and Gowanus’ nightlife is also just a few blocks to the east. The Brooklyn Home Company will be responsible for the development.
