Located between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, the development consists of an identical pair of topped-out, 20-story buildings. The project, which is alternately addressed as 215-219 West 28th Street and 221-229 West 28th Street, is designed by DXA Architects and developed by HAP Investments and will yield more than 300,000 square feet.
Local developer and consulting agent Metro Futures has quietly revealed a new mixed-use residential building in Morrisania, The Bronx that could yield up to 261 residential units. Marin Architects is responsible for the design and the preliminary renderings. Permits for the development at 1041 Prospect Avenue have not been filed with the New York City Department of Buildings.

Located between Grand Avenue and Classon Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. Solomon Schwimmer under the 1010 Pacific Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Previous plans by AVO Construction called for an 11-story mixed-use building with retail, community facility space, and a mix of market rate and affordable units.

Located between Nostrand Avenue and Marcy Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks north of the Bedford-Nostrand Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The reinforced concrete superstructure of 1245 Broadway, a 23-story office building from Skidmore Owings and Merrill, is steadily rising in NoMad. Co-developed by GDSNY and Sweden-based Klovern, the 318-foot-tall structure will bring 200,000 square feet of commercial space to the booming neighborhood. StructureTech NY and Triton Construction are in charge of construction, and CBRE began leasing the building’s class A office space in late 2019.
