Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by SMA Equities, the structure will span 224,809 square feet and yield 157 apartments with an average scope of 1,324 square feet, as well as 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 1,300 square feet for a community facility. Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 100-106 West 14th Street and is located at the corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue, just below the border with Chelsea.
