New renderings have been revealed for an upcoming condominium project at 154 Lenox Road, in the Flatbush – Ditmas Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. The property was purchased by Brookland Capital in July of 2015 for a price of $3.55 million.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 327 20th Street in South Slope, Brooklyn. The site is nine blocks away from the Prospect Avenue subway station, serviced by the D, N, R and W trains. 12 blocks away, is the 15th Street-Prospect Park subways station, at the park’s southwest corner, serviced by the F and G trains. An anonymous LLC is responsible for the development.

As Manhattan begins to embrace taller and slimmer supertall towers that meet the intense demand of the residential market, the proposal explores how office space could take advantage of the same emerging typology.

Though construction has not yet started, new renderings by ODA have revealed a daring, low-slung arched building adorned with a dark concrete façade. The hotel is located just two blocks away from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains. The Botanic Garden subway station is one block further, serviced by the Shuttle trains.
