Plans Approved For The Frances At 100-12 Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens

The City Planning Commission has approved The Frances, a 21-story mixed-use residential building at 100-12 Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens. Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Benenson Capital Partners, the nearly 280,000-square-foot structure will yield 390 rental units, with 100 designated as affordable housing. The project will also include roughly 16,200 square feet of retail and will introduce upgrades to the surrounding infrastructure. The 26,000-square-foot property is bounded by 67th Avenue and 67th Road and features 260 feet of frontage along Queens Boulevard.

Permits Filed for 142 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 142 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wilson Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the interior lot is near the Knickerbocker Avenue subway station, served by the M train. Richard Herbst of Do Well Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Façade Installation Continues on RAMSA’s 200 West 88th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Exterior work is progressing on 200 West 88th Street, an 18-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects and developed by Nortco Development, the 215-foot-tall structure will span 114,000 square feet and yield 36 condominium units in three- to five-bedroom layouts. The project will also contain ground-floor retail space and enclosed parking spaces on the second level. The property is alternately addressed as 568-574 Amsterdam Avenue and located at the southwest corner of West 88th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.

Leasing has launched for 5 Bridle Trail Road, a three-story mixed-use rental development and the first residential phase of The Village at Tuxedo Reserve in Tuxedo, New York. Designed by Aurae, the luxury division of Suffern-based Aufgang Architects, and developed by Related Companies, the development yields 336 rental units in one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 700 to 1,400 square feet. The project also includes ground-floor retail and dining space anchored by a timber-framed destination food market.
