In 2014, YIMBY brought you new renderings of the 12-story, 105-unit mixed-use building planned at 470 4th Avenue/237 11th Street, in Gowanus, and now Brownstoner reports the building is four stories above ground, and rising. Adam America, Slate Property Group and Naveh Shuster Group are developing, while Aufgang Architects is designing. The project, located a block from subway stops for the F, G and R trains, will include 5,260 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and a 2017 completion date appears likely.

I would like to receive information about any available unit layouts.

  2. I would like to have more information about availabilities/sizes and when this block of apartment will go one market.
    Thank you
