Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 30-75 32nd Street, in Astoria, Queens. The site is three blocks away from the 30th Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the N and W trains. Twelve blocks West is the East River, accessible through Socrates Sculpture Park. Marando Properties will be responsible for the development.

The 50-foot tall structure will yield 6,150 square feet, with 4,875 square feet dedicated to residential use. 7 apartments will be created, averaging 696 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. A laundry room will be provided within the cellar. One apartment on the fourth floor will benefit from a second level penthouse space.

Gerald J. Caliendo Architect will be responsible for the development.

The development replaces a two-story detached house. Demolition permits had been filed in October of 2016.
