Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 40-06 68th Street, in Woodside, Queens. The site is a block away from the 69th Street Fisk Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the 7 train, and six blocks away from the 65th Street Station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. Tim Chan will be responsible for the development.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 29,260 square feet of space, with 1,440 square feet dedicated to an after-school community facility on the ground floor, 3,150 square feet dedicated to ground floor commercial-retail use, and 16,940 square feet for residential use. 22 units will be created, averaging 770 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have a lobby space and outdoor recreation area on the fifth floor and rooftop.

Tan Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
