Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 186 30th Street in Greenwood, Brooklyn. Located between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue, the interior lot is five blocks west of the 25th Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Anthony Lee of AJR Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
