Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 262 17th Street in Greenwood, Brooklyn. Located between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks from the Prospect Avenue subway station, serviced by the R train. Coby Perets under the 262 17 Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 49-foot-tall development will yield 4,866 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have four residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,216 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a penthouse.
Alix Michel of Citiscape Consulting is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
