Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2064 Pacific Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Howard Avenue and Saratoga Avenue, the interior lot is a 10-minute walk from the Ralph Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Ivan Stephens of I&K Development and Consulting is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 7,511 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 53-foot-long rear yard.
Tai Solademi-Lawal of TSL Architect & Planners is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
