Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 38-20 Parsons Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. Located at the intersection of 38th Avenue and Parsons Boulevard, the corner lot is a few blocks east of the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Kenneth Liu under the Eastone Parsons Holding LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 256,178 square feet, with 119,537 square feet designated for residential space and 35,852 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 175 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 683 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, sub-cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 148 enclosed parking spaces.

Stephen B. Jacobs Group is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits for a single-story church were filed in August. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. The site is the Temple Gates of Prayer, a beautifully designed shul (synagogue). Just like Brooklyn, we’ve all either died out or moved away – to LI, and then to So. Florida. I’m in Phoenix, AZ.
