The 10,931-square-foot masonry development was designed by Bricolage Designs and yields nine units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $167,570.

Residential amenities include a rooftop terrace. Residences will have washers and dryers in units and energy-efficient appliances.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a $2,100 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $72,000 to $139,620, and two two-bedrooms with a $2,375 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $81,429 to $167,570.
