The 7,324-square-foot development is designed by Infocus and yields eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $58,286 to $139,620.
Amenities include a shared roof deck and bike storage.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a $1,700 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $58,286 to $139,620, and two one-bedrooms with a $1,950 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 24, 2021.

(1) It sure was nice when it was the outdoor seating for the bagel shop. I hope there’s still some outdoor space for the future residents to use.
(2) For this price point ($1,700-$1,950), you can get a one bedroom apartment in most parts of Brooklyn. Why would this need to be categorized as affordable housing?
