Permits have been filed for an 11-story hotel building at 131-24 40th Road in Flushing, Queens. Located between College Point Boulevard and Flushing Creek, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Betsy Mak under the Success 83 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 122-foot-tall development will yield 20,709 square feet, with 17,488 square feet designated for commercial space and 3,220 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 43 rooms, with an average unit scope of 406 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard, but no accessory parking.

Lu Ning Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
