  1. That luxury public housing building looks like a homeless shelter. And I grew up in Cypress Hills and I’m sure it was once. And they really think someone making over six figures is going to live in that high crime area? YIMBY is deranged

  2. STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME PEOPLE , ESPECIALLY NOT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF CYPRESS HILLS.
THIS IS A JOKE AND A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY TO MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS.
WHO THE FK MAKES THIS KIND OF MONEY IS GOING TO LIVE IN CYPRESS HILLS????
    WHAT A JOKE

  3. This is a joke
Make affordable Housing affordable for the people of need Housing
No one in the fake income bracket
Is going to live in crime ridden
    Cypress Hill

  4. I give the person who created this rendering points for honesty – the security gate across the driveway, the power lines and the weeds in the cracks in the sidewalk all contribute to the general grim ambience. Is the potted plant on the sidewalk an attempt at humor?

  5. This is not affordable the building is not attractive and basic payment is Ridiculous we need better affordable housing for the working people
