Construction is now topped out at the third and final residential tower in Jersey City’s Journal Squared complex in New Jersey. Located at 595 Pavonia Avenue in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood, the 60-story building will eventually contain 596 rental apartments, and 18,000 square feet of amenities.
Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE) and National Real Estate Advisors are the developers behind the complex which comprises roughly 2.3 million square feet. HWKN Architecture and Handel Architects designed all three high-rise towers. Similar to the previous two towers, the third structure features a clean white facade and a grid-patterned window system from podium to pinnacle.
When complete, Journal Squared will boast 1,840 rental apartments, 100,000 square feet of amenities, and 36,000 square feet of commercial retail.
AJD Construction is the project’s general contractor and is expected to finish all construction by the first quarter of next year. The Marketing Directors will serve as the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.

An article about a building topping out, but no mention of the total height it topped out at… Not the first time YIMBY has done this. Am I the only one that finds it odd to not include the hieght given that’s the topic of the article?
It’s 640 feet per Skyscraperpage.
yes, careless reporting…can’t believe the main stream media
Shouldn’t that be Journal Cubed? 😉
“Tops Out” appears twice in the title
