Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 177 Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard, the interior lot is two blocks from the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train.
