A new mixed-use project is currently under construction at 237 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The development, which began construction in October, is progressing rapidly, with excavation of the site nearing completion.
237 McGuinness Boulevard, owned by 210 Greenpoint Realty LLC, is being built on a site that was once a gas station. On Start Management LLC is serving as the general contractor, and is managing the construction phase of the project.
When complete, the development will yield ground-floor retail space with residential units on higher floors. According to KSR, the ground-floor retail space will be divided into two sections, offering approximately 4,373 square feet and 1,837 square feet, respectively. Construction is planned to conclude by fall 2024.
Future residents of 237 McGuinness Boulevard will be centrally located in Greenpoint, with the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, which services the G train, located steps from the property. Beyond that, stops for the B24 and B62 bus lines will also be steps from the property.

Super fast if it is really completed in the fall of 2024. Very interesting that they went with more of a classical design empgasizing architectural stability rather than something more avant garde.
