Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 129 McDonald Avenue in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Located between Greenwood Avenue and Vanderbilt Street, the lot is near the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Nechemia Weinberger of Soft Stone Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 33-foot-tall development will yield 10,347 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 940 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 95-foot-long rear yard, and seven open parking spaces.
Studio Gallos is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in March 2022. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
