Fetner Properties recently celebrated the grand opening of 266 West 96th Street, a 23-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects, the structure yields 171 affordable units in studio to three-bedroom layouts. All units with one or more bedrooms feature washers and dryers. Notably, 83 of the units will be fully-furnished studios.

Residents of 266 West 96th Street will have access to a variety of amenities, including work pods, media and party rooms, a children’s playroom, and a pet spa. The building also features two rooftop terraces and an on-site bike storage room.

“266 West 96th Street came to fruition from the collaboration of some of the finest design professionals and consultants the profession has to offer, and collectively the group has created one of the most innovative buildings the Upper West Side has ever seen,” said Damon Pazzaglini, chief operating officer of Fetner Properties. “At Fetner Properties, we strive to create unique communities where residents really feel connected with each other, the building, and the greater neighborhood they live in. We are proud to have achieved that here.”

266 West 96th Street is located within one block of the 96th Street subway station, which serves the 1, 2, and 3 trains.
