Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 58-25 Hoffman Drive in Elmhurst, Queens. Located between Woodhaven Boulevard and 58th Avenue, the lot is near the Woodhaven Boulevard subway station, serviced by the M and R trains. Cord Meyer Development under the 9032 Queens LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 104,828 square feet, with 77,390 square feet designated for residential space, 24,841 square feet for community facility space, and 2,597 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 92 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 841 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and 133 enclosed parking spaces.

Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. I hope GKV is finally done with their patterned cast in place concrete obsession. Contractors here just don’t have the skill to make that decently.
