Demolition permits have not been filed for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. more high price apartments being built in crown heights, the city of yes seems to be beneficial for the the profit over people developers, not the average people in crown heights, and this is how they fix the housing crisis, by not truly fixing it

  2. ThAt place has been built and occupied for some time now

  3. Hahaha this is a funny one. I was really confused because there is no empty lot at that intersection. I have been walking by there four times a day for the past year. And the reason is that this development is already finished. Please, YIMBY, do your homework!
