Construction is nearing completion on The Eve, a seven-story residential building at 827 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Haussmann Development, the project yields 76 apartments. Twenty-three of the units will be designated as affordable. The property is located between Nostrand and Rogers Avenues.
Apartments at the Eve will come in offered in studio to two-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a rooftop deck with grilling stations, a fitness center, children’s play area, club room, on-site garage with electric vehicle charging stations, and a pet washing station. The building is fully electric.
The closest subways from 827 Sterling Place are the 2, 3, and 5 trains at the Nostrand Avenue station to the south.
