The Daymark, a new waterfront condominium project at 1 Palisades Boulevard in Sleepy Hollow, has made progress toward construction completion. The property is being developed by Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development and has secured ten new contracts over the summer.

The Daymark will yield 100 condominium homes and townhome-style residences, ranging from one- to three-bedroom configurations. It was designed by COOKFOX Architects, and anticipates occupancy in summer 2025.
Amenities will include waterfront courtyards, a rooftop terrace, and a fitness center.

Michael Bushkanets, a broker with Compass in New York City, notes that The Daymark offers one of his clients, a longtime Brooklyn resident, the ideal balance between the urban comforts of Manhattan and the natural beauty of upstate New York. “Moving to The Daymark will be seamless, with its great aesthetic and elevated materials and finishes,” he said. “The value here is tremendous, with appealing design, impressive amenities, waterfront access, and proximity to everything.”
