Construction has topped out on the Daymark, a five-story condominium building at 4 Lighthouse Landing in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Designed by COOKFOX and developed by Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development along with development manager Hines, the structure will yield 100 units in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, as well as townhome-style residences with maisonette entrances.
The Daymark is designed to integrate into its natural riverside setting and is located near a new waterfront park and pedestrian walkway, which will offer residents recreational access to the shoreline.
Homes at the Daymark will offer balconies, terraces, and loggias with views of the Hudson River, Mario Cuomo Bridge, and the Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse.
The building features outdoor spaces, including two waterfront courtyards and a rooftop terrace. The courtyards will feature a variety of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dining spaces. Residents will also have access to a library, coworking lounge, fitness center, and a pet spa.
The Daymark is part of the Edge-on-Hudson development, which is set to include over 1,100 residences along with a hotel, retail, office space, and new parkland. The community is located 25 miles north of Manhattan and within walking distance of two Metro-North train stations, providing easy access to Grand Central Station.
The property is scheduled to deliver in spring 2025.
