Construction is finishing up on 418-420 East 75th Street, a seven-story residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio and developed by Robert Michaeli of Brooklyn B Company Group, the 74-foot-tall structure will yield six condominium units with an average scope of 1,525 square feet, as well as a cellar level and a 31-foot-long rear yard. The property is located on an interior lot between First and York Avenues.

Recent photos show the completed look of the main northern face, which is clad in light gray brick around a grid of recessed square windows. A stack of large balconies lined with glass railings protrudes from the eastern half of the elevation, and the building culminates in a roof deck that sits slightly higher than the parapet of the adjacent residential building. Work is still wrapping up on the ground floor, which remains obscured by wooden construction fencing.

The below Google Street View image shows the former occupants of the property, which were originally intended to be preserved and incorporated into the base of the new building.

Brooklyn B Company Group purchased the property from AK Properties Group for $5.8 million in April 2022. The nearest subway from the development is the Q train at the 72nd Street station along Second Avenue.

418-420 East 75th Street is anticipated to finish construction this winter.

The thin steel of fire escape is still there, but I was very impressed by those large balconies. Which cannot be compared: Thanks.
