Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Arden Group, the structure yields 222 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 67 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,715 to $218,010.

Amenities include an on-site resident manager, pet-friendly policies, dog washing station, garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, gym, yoga and dance studio, playground, storage, children’s playroom, business center, media room, party room, community center with events and classes, and an outdoor terrace. Units come equipped with energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, hardwood floors, charging outlets with USB ports, smart controls for heating and cooling, intercoms, dishwashers, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heating.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 13 studios with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $161,590; 14 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,150 for incomes ranging from $108,000 to $181,740; one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,088 for incomes ranging from $105,875 to $181,740; 18 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,298 for incomes ranging from $113,075 to $181,740; and 21 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,939 for incomes ranging from $135,052 to $218,010.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 29, 2025.

  1. I like this base alright but the tower could have been so much better, starting with the fact it should be twice as tall.
