The affordable housing lottery has launched for 320 Linden Boulevard, a seven-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by LND Architect, the structure yields 38 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 19 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $117,738 to $181,740.
Building amenities include uncovered parking, shared laundry room, bike storage lockers, storage cubes, a package room, elevator, and virtual doorman. Units are equipped with as energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and name-brand kitchen countertops, appliances, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are eight studios with a monthly rent of $3,434 for incomes ranging from $117,738 to $161,590, and 11 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,674 for incomes ranging from $117,738 to $161,590.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 31, 2025.
