Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 3816 Ninth Avenue in Inwood, Manhattan. Located between West 204th Street and West 205th Street, the lot is near the 207th subway station, served by the 1 train. Taso Vassiliou of non-profit organization The Bridge Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 145-foot-tall development will yield 157,640 square feet, with 133,580 square feet designated for residential space and 24,060 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 181 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 738 square feet. The concrete-based structure will not have any accessory parking.

Andrew Knox of ESKW/A is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
