Developed by Slate Property Group and Grobman-Gross Properties in 2023 and designed by Aufgang Architects, the structure yields 166 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $94,252 to $218,010.
Amenities include a lounge, fitness center, an outdoor common terrace, rooftop terrace, sun deck, bike storage, on-site parking, package room, and a doorman. Apartments have stainless steel kitchen appliances, oak vanities with oversized sinks in bathrooms, and washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,749 for incomes ranging from $94,252 to $181,740; and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,598 for incomes ranging from $123,360 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 10, 2025.
