Plans Revealed For 69-67 108th Street in Forest Hills, Queens

Last Monday, the City Planning Commission reviewed plans for 69-67 108th Street, a proposed 12-story residential building in Forest Hills, Queens. Developed under the 69-68 108 St. LLC, the 115-foot-tall structure will span around 55,700 square feet and yield 59 units with an average unit scope of 882 square feet. Approximately 15 of the apartments are slated to be designated as affordable housing. The project will also include 3,902 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The 9,380-square-foot property is located at the corner of 108th Street and 70th Avenue.

Naftali Credit Partners and Madison Realty Capital have closed on a $125 million loan to develop 70–28 Grand Central Parkway, a 13-story residential building in Forest Hills, Queens. Designed by SLCE Architects, the 252,399-square-foot structure will yield 241 condominium units in studio to three-bedroom layouts. The project will also include a 100-vehicle parking garage and a collection of amenities. The 32,000-square-foot development site is located to the west of Grand Central Parkway between Jewel Avenue and 72nd Road.
