Construction is nearing completion on 311 Eastern Parkway, an eight-story residential building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Developed by Brooklyn-based Harpia, 75-foot-tall, all-electric building will yield five condominium units. Exterior work is nearly finished and interior construction is well underway at the property, which is located between Franklin and Classon Avenues.
311 Eastern Parkway incorporates Passive House-certified windows, energy-efficient electric heat pumps, and an advanced air purification system. Each of the five units features private outdoor space, a smart private-keyed elevator, and access to a common green roof deck. The building’s layout includes two double-height penthouses with mezzanine primary suites and private terraces, two mid-level two-bedroom units with exclusive rooftop access, and a triplex maisonette at the base with a private backyard.
Finishes include custom-paneled white oak kitchens, Bosch Benchmark appliances, triple-paned bird-safe windows, and Dornbracht fixtures. Bathrooms feature radiant heated floors, while living spaces are outfitted with custom-imported 5-inch solid Ipe hardwood floors.
Transit nearby 311 Eastern Parkway includes subway stations served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains.
The project is expected to be completed by April.

Crown Heights has come a long way. This would have been unimaginable there a decade ago.
A large potted plant that can be struck by lightning at any time, will never come down to the ground: Thanks.
