The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Danielle, a seven-story residential building at 927 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Roart and developed by Skyway Equities, the structure yields 21 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $114,172 to $250,380.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, gymnasium, spa, yoga and dance studio, package lockers, a virtual doorman, and outdoor terraces. Units include central air conditioning, dishwasher, hardwood floors, washer and dryer, intercoms, charging outlets with USB ports, and private outdoor space. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,330 for incomes ranging from $114,172 to $181,740, and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $4,588 for incomes ranging from $157,303 to $250,380.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 17, 2025.
