Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 926 Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Linden Boulevard and Mother Gaston Boulevard, the lot is near the New Lots Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Westorchard Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 86-foot-tall development will yield 18,660 square feet, with 15,618 square feet designated for residential space, 2,930 square feet for commercial space, and 112 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 24 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 650 square feet.
