Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 92 Louisiana Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Dewitt Avenue and Linden Boulevard, the lot is near the New Lots Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Nick Dragonetti is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 4,398 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 733 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 36-foot-long rear yard.
Valentino Pompeo Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in April for the single-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
