After launching leasing in the summer of 2024, The Ellery at 312 West 43rd Street is now officially fully leased. Developed by Taconic Partners and National Real Estate Advisors, the 32-story building in Hell’s Kitchen features a rooftop pool with expansive views, a range of amenities, and 330 residences. Compass Development Marketing Group is the building’s exclusive leasing and marketing partner.
Residences at The Ellery range from studios to two-bedroom layouts. Homes feature kitchens with quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, and induction cooktops. All residences feature custom closet buildouts, blackout shades, Bosch washers and dryers, and Salto keyless entry technology.
Wellness amenities include a fitness center run by LIVunLtd, and spa with a steam room, sauna, relaxation rooms, showers, and towel service. There are coworking spaces, a game room, and a lounge with a host kitchen and dining table. A rooftop garden features lounge seating, grills, and dining spaces. Also on the rooftop is 40-foot outdoor pool, with cabanas, chaise lounges, and Manhattan skyline views.
The Ellery will have 41,500 square feet of retail on the ground and cellar levels. The nearest transit is the 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station, served by the A, C, and E trains.
Move-ins at The Ellery began last summer.
