Permits have been filed for a 13-story residential building at 345 East 17th Street in Gramercy, Manhattan. Located between First and Second Avenues, the lot is three blocks north of the 1st Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Moti Haber is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 137-foot-tall development will yield 29,364 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 65 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 451 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a rooftop terrace and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Stephen Conte of StudioSC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
