Permits have been filed for a 10-story residential building at 42-02 80th Street in Elmhurst, Queens. Located at the intersection of Woodside Avenue and 80th Street, the corner lot is near the Elmhurst Avenue subway station, served by the M and R trains. Frank Ko of J&F Group NY is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 36,760 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 54 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 13 open parking spaces.
Xiaohong Zhao of Ameriland Brook LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
