Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 444 Carroll Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Located between 3rd Avenue and the Gowanus Canal, the lot is near the Union Street subway station, served by the R train. David Grunfeld of GW Infinity LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 68,526 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 99 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 692 square feet. The concrete-based structure will not have any accessory parking.

Kao Hwa Lee Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
