Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 104 Crystal Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Pitkin Avenue and Glenmore Avenue, the lot is also addressed as 950 Glenmore Avenue and is near the Euclid Avenue subway station, served by the A and C trains. Eliezer Grunberger of EZ Builders Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 19,970 square feet, with 13,147 square feet designated for residential space and 6,822 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 29 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 453 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have ten open parking spaces.

Ariel Golshan of AG Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
