Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 8 Havemeyer Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between North 8th Street and North 9th Street, the lot is near the Bedford Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Jerome Zwick is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 5,795 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 724 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a mezzanine but no accessory parking.
Diego Aguilera Architects P.C. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
