Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 689 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Prospect Place, the vacant lot is one block north of the Park Place subway station, serviced by the S train. It is also seven blocks south of the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. David Manesh of Two Lot LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 45-foot tall development will yield 10,130 square feet, with 6,149 square feet designated for residential space and 1,149 square feet for commercial space. It will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 768 square feet. The masonry-based structure will most likely have retail on the ground level.

Suresh Manchanda of L & C Associates is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
