Permits have been filed for two two-story residential buildings at 133-17 and 133-19 116th Avenue in Ozone Park, Queens. Located between 133rd and 134th Streets, the adjacent lots are closest to the 111st Street subway station, serviced by the A train. Sukhdev Singh of Lime Home Improvement Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The pair of proposed 25-foot-tall developments will each yield 2,080 square feet, with 2,040 square feet designated for residential space. The buildings will each have two residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,020 square feet. The wood-based structures will also have cellars, 32-foot-long yards, and two enclosed parking spaces apiece.
Hansa Building Engineering Services is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in October 2020. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
