Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 43-25 52nd Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between Roosevelt Avenue and Queens Boulevard, the lot is steps from the 52nd Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Xiaoke Tang of Yi Lu Fa Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 90-foot-tall development will yield 22,945 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 27 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 849 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 36-foot-long rear yard, and nine open parking spaces.
Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
