New permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 92 Prospect Park Southwest in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Located between 11th Avenue and 16th Street, the lot is three blocks from the 15th Street-Prospect Park subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. 92 PPSW LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 14,579 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,214 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 54-foot-long rear yard, 12 open parking spaces, and six enclosed parking spaces.
Zarina Kindo of Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
