Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 131 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between North 6th Street and North 7th Street, the lot is near the Bedford Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Domenic Lanni of L3 Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 71,969 square feet, with 55,100 square feet designated for residential space and 16,869 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 43 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,281 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 40.5-foot-long rear yard.
BKSK Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
