Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 88 Havemeyer Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Metropolitan Avenue and Hope Street, the interior lot is near the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, served by the G and L trains. Witold Brend of Marria LLC, Matta LLC, Mettis LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 18,234 square feet, with 17,299 square feet designated for residential space and 934 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 27 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 640 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Daniel Bernstein of Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the parking lot on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
