Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 295 Clifton Place in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford and Nostrand Avenues, the lot is one block south of the Bedford–Nostrand Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Lex Lopez of Joint Capital Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 12,669 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,583 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a rooftop terrance a 23-foot-long rear yard.
Stephen Conte of StudioSC Architercture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
