Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 17 Lamont Court in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Empire Boulevard and Lefferts Avenue, the lot is near the Sterling Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Moshe Tal is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 15,301 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 695 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 33-foot-long rear yard.

Nataliya Donskoy of ND Architecture & Design PC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
